Its a genuine complaint, if you enjoy the amount of water in the game then go ahead and disregard that part of the review. The review score should mean nothing to you in the first place. Its an arbitrary number that should hold no meaning to those reading the review who should be capable of coming to a conclusion of whether or not the game is for them based on what the reviewer has said and what they have seen of the game.
