I've looked it up and tryed the turn off and unplug the console trick to try and fix it. It does work temporarily but it is never long before the beeping/ejecting comes back. Putting it vertical for a short time always fixed the issue for me. Have not had this issue in quite a while, my GFs PS4 used to get it quite a bit.
It is caused by the rubber piece under the PS4 getting warm and having pressure on it.
