This is an old article man. But no they wont completely, they just scale back. They'll continue to make Yakuza games, and there's Atlus for example.
Just an FYI for "the race": with pc games they mean f2p/browser games and the Euro studios output.
Hoping the folks from the AM divisions Sega still has left join other studios so their talents dont get wasted on making mobile or f2p games.
