No because The Order wasn't smeared. Look up Deep Silver and Dice's blatant lies about the Wii U from 2013 if you want smearing. The Order's criticisms were justified from everything I have seen. If you want to disagree about the game being enjoyable or not is beside the bloody point. Critics don't exist to powder developer's arises and justify people's preorder.
