No, The Order was rumored to lack gameplay and be a QTE-fest for months until the gameplay video finally confirmed it. RAD was not upfront about it.
Bloodborne will review as well as its predecessors unless its riddled with bugs.

Maybe to you, but not to the majority of people. ~4 hours of total and actual gameplay is not worth $60. Don't forget about the resused scene for the final boss. Just sad.
