Zombi U is the only likely candidate I can see. Though I wonder what would be the point of that. It's a fairly standard zombie game with a twist and part of its appeal was what they did with the gamepad.

I suppose they could get it done in time for halloween though(1080p 60fps) and sell a few copies, but honestly it does seem a bit of a waste. In a sea of zombie games releasing though, I don't know how much an impression it'll make apart from being on Wii U with that gamepad usage.

Everything else thats on Wii U as an exclusive is Nintendo funded(Bayo, Lego City U, Devil's Third, Fatal Frame) or indie.

There are always the Sonic games of course, but are people really clamouring for a mediocre Sonic game some say is worse than Sonic 06 and an above average one that didn't exactly set the world on fire?

Oh yeah, does Ubisoft use external studios much?  I thought they had tons of their own studios to not have to outsource, but maybe they're really busy with the Division, new Assassin's creed or whatever else they have.
