The first game is pretty popular on the west between jRPG and Hunting fans... SONY have been "promoting" that game since last year for Vita users.. giving it for Free, and recently on Sales... So I think, that ombined with the PS4 version the game should do well.. but for Vita probably will release Digital only and Physical for PS4...

If SCEA can somewhat promote GE2 before release then i think it wil do ok.
