I´m pretty sure he locked the threads outside sec 8 before it was fused with the off-topi...

He did. But after Section 8 was moved to Off Topic he then locked threads such as the "SECTION 8 MEMBERS LIST" etc.

Ah...ok... but they did become pretty pointless by then so I don´t see much harm done there...
