So when PC gets an unoptimised version it's the norm and excused but when it's PS4 it's a travesty.
I think reality is borked at this point.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
