Nope, it doesn't work with international transactions.
Anyway, I'm not going to play it so soon, I already have quite a list of old games I'll play and the PS4 can get right in the middle of it and make it take really long to me to play other old games. Well, if it pops up in our PS store I might get it, if not, well, in the future I'll decide about if I'll get a card to get it. No need to think so much about it right now.
I though about asking why the game is not on our store into the ps blog br, but no one ever answer us there, so I didn't do it as well

It's really strange though, they just need to put it there, they got a lot of old games in english there already anyway.

Xenogears has always been a super hard ot find game in Brazil, it took me almost a year to find a copy of the game back in the day.
