World Cup 2022 will be held in November/December of 2022.

So, the regular season will start early, stop for 2 or more months then start back up again. The tournament is only a month but players will need at least 3 weeks off before and a week after.

This will affect, not only Prem but all top flight competitions world wide, Champions league and even some lesser leagues too. World Club Cup is always held around this time so that will be delayed moved. 

Maybe I'm exageratting on the issues but it is all just a bit silly.
