i would make the claim though that the reason many of these guys do this and on the larger scale the reason many male feminists become feminists in the first place is simply to gain approval from women
i don't think that men have an innate desire to shame other members of their sex for healthy sexuality unless it directly impacts on them as an individual, however, feminist indoctrination changes this
