Agreed. If the parents choose to let their kids play games like that despite the age restrictions and warnings on the box then it is solely the parents that are at fault. If they don't want their kid to see nudity that is entirely up to them.

Aye, the games industry voluntarily spends their own money putting ratings on the packaging, it's a very simple notice for parents to see on the package, so that they don't have to go through the trouble of googling the name of a game and reading a bit on the content contained there-in.  To which I'm reminded of Dee Snyder's testimony before Congress during the PMRC hearings, where he said he or his wife, listen to or read the lyrics of any music their children get, and yes, he most certainly makes the time to do so, because as a parent it's his job, to ensure his children are abiding by his rules...not the rest of the worlds.
