Hmm, I'll have to ask, that's a good question.  Though, steam level 62 would suggest quite a bit of playing.  5868 achievements, um, 4 perfect games, 27% completion rate (not sure what qualifies as 'completion').  Some games he gets, and doesn't spend a huge amt of time on, but, others he spends asburd amounts of time on.  Like, Payday 2, he's got 787 hours played.  Though, not even remotely close to my Brother's max on Binding of Isaac (1420 hours) and another 301 hours on Binding of Isaac Rebirth).
