If money and time wasn't an issue I'd want every console with every game released for said consoles. Plus since money is not an issue I'd have a giant house where each console had it's own dedicated room. Each room would have the console hooked up to the best TV for it's output, a bookshelf or two showing off it's library of games and some custom movie theater style posters of it's best games on the walls.
Man I wish I had just a few billion dollars....
