If Sony paid them. Ps4 games sell for a higher price too and it would have good worldwide potential on the ps4. 

Sony didn't even pay Square and Atlus to release PS4 only versions of DQH and Persona 5 and that's probably much cheaper. It would probably be much more expensive with those two franchises.
