It made the Netherlands one of the most richest countries of the world;.I live close to it, serious bro their are not especially more families who are destroyed than other countries =p.
In fact the youth knows how to use it like it has to be used.
In other countries I see a lot of youth hidden somewhere with a joint and saying to everyone 'Hey I am cool now I smoked a joint' do that in Holland and they laugh with you it is like 'Hey I am drinkin Choco milk' it is nothing special =p.
