Except this is about cannabis, and experts are still debating if the substance is more dangerous than alcohol. It's questionable why the thing is illegal in the first place, and the amount of money legalization would save makes the current situation absurdly ridiculous.

Also, whoa at the cost of a single stealth bomber. I knew they were expensive, but not several billion dollars expensive.
