I think it really depends on what features you care about. The PS4's feature list isn't objectively worse, it's just different.
The most significant differences (in my opinion) are its ability to capture screenshots and video clips, things I often take for granted on PC. And Share Play is certainly a significant feature for many. Plus, since the PS4 is overall a more powerful system, that naturally means that it's faster in almost all the actions it does.
