Well first he refers to them as underpreforming games that didn't live up to the hype.  I think that's what he means by flop.

I don't think any of Sony's games were even that hyped up though. I mean some had plenty of hate instead of hype before release (eg. Knack).

I agree. The Order and Driveclub had a lot of negativity surrounding them. inFAMOUS and Killzone were probably the most hyped of Sony's games, but one was a launch game and most launch games are hyped because of a new generation.
