 See, I wasn't trolling.We all know about the low quality of 360 hardware and that MS still has not fixed that issue hurting thousands of their customers to this very day and so did he.  No I am not. In all seriousness, if MS had solved their issues once they noticed it 2 years ago this guy probably would not have had an RROD. MS however never solved the issue cause they don't care and this is the concequence. Asking him if he knew the risk is reasonable although I do recognize it may seem flammable to people thinking that MS does care.
