Oddballs in the Industry: What's the Strangest Game You Have Played?

I would have put down Mister Mosquito or Quantum Kabuki, but at one point a too-young Arcane Guyver stumbled across a card game for PC called Yan Yan 2. Dunno if that's the legit title, but it's basically 4 (was it 5?) player strip Uno with anime characters.
