Ohmygosh! Somebody who actually LOVES that piece like I do! :D So many of the Nintendo 64 soundtracks are just classic. So good!

As for me, aside from the hours of Zelda music (mostly from OoT, WW, TP, SS, and the ever-underrated Spirit Tracks--seriously, amazing soundtrack) I could link here (heh...punny), and the obligatory Gusty Garden Galaxy music from Super Mario Galaxy...here's the gaming music that makes me truly happy:

That's just a small sampling of the incredible OST of that game. The battle themes and the day/night themes of each location are excellent as well. I also really enjoy music from The Last Story, Fire Emblem: Awakening, Kingdom Hearts, and a bunch of other games. Music is a HUGE part of what makes games stand out for me. 

Also, here's a random BONUS track I've been kind of obsessed with lately (it's the remix from Smash Bros. Wii U of the Yoshi's Woolly World E3 trailer theme):
