Exactly how is what is written here stronger than the more recent and impartial rumours from CVG?

it's not clearly hinting anything other than what was stated , your interpriting it to mean that , it could be Taxi missions with a mediocore story line.

 

Indeed, it is not even hinting at what was stated.  It hints at very little.  It could well be a taxi mission with a mediocre storyline. But where I have positioned my argument as rumour-based (in the thread title no less), he called his "undisputable fact" that only a fanboy would oppose.

However, given the size of the cash advance Microsoft gave Take Two, and TT's potential for profit off DLC, I'd say we can expect substantial, wide-ranging and high-quality DLC.
