No I don't think so... the one before her was Bad Girl (with the frilly dress and the baseball bat) who has a sneaky insta-death as one of her moves once she is down to 1/3rd health. She suddenly flops to the floor and cries, sometimes for real but usually fake crying, if you go near her when it's fake she will kill you.
Jeane is just fast and well defended, she only has a few openings and they don't last long so you can't do much damage at once.... also if I remember correctly she can't be caught out by sidestepping her (which with most enemies gives a much longer opening to hit as well as opportunities for the powerful moves or wrestling throws)
