Tekken seems to sell quite well in US, even moreso than in Japan, so an X1 release seems quite possible if the it stays as strong as it is right now.
I don't think that the fact that it's developed on PS4 as a lead platform has any effect on a possible X1 release. It's not like it would be hard to port since it will probably run as well even unoptimized.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
