Honestly I wasn't envisioning Nintendo doing that when I set the scenario but it is an interesting thought. I'm not sure they would but still...
Also if it became Rayman versus Spyro for Smash Bros (assuming the game had different third-party characters depending on platform) I'd probably sway towards Activision myself. Dragons be 'rawr'.
