If so that is what I consider as a cliffhanger, even though it does end conclusively in terms of what the main story objective was in the game. This is what my fear is/was.

I've never played it, but I feel like you might consider this a cliff hanger. The game leaves a lot unanswered. Pretty much everything in fact, aside from the conclusion which was, at least to me, one of the smaller ends to tie up.
