Cause the PS3 version probably will not sell that great to justify a retail version. Digital wise is cheaper to release, so they choose that route.

Well, to be honest, PS4 version will probably not sell that well either. I was expecting it to be only digital...Good news for fans of Godzilla and of physical discs.
