I want to see a GTA game set in a fictional version of London (called something else) in the late '70s/early '80s with gangs such as punks, skins, greasers, rastafarians, nationalists, cockneys and the IRA (should be controversial enough for GTA), music like I Fought the Law and Breaking the Law, and references to films like Scum and The Long Good Friday.

Either that or a pan-European (London-Paris-Amsterdam) or pan-Asian (Hong Kong-Japan-?) game. Possibly in the '70s.

The aspect of Vice City that most people seem to prefer is the '80s setting, and they obviously won't be doing the same thing again. I see no reason to revisit Vice City, at least not until the next numbered game in the series (GTA5).
