Not much for the target 16-18 year's, that buy even XBO/Wii U, but for + 30 year old, PS4 is the only console. Seriusly. i have 17 year's, and with my friend's i play with all console (but even in this case, expecially with PS4), but my parents friend's only have a PS4, and don't even know what is XBO or Wii U...

Also, Sony have confirmed that PS4 was 74% of Italy market (PS4+XBO+WiiU)
