A lot of characters I don't like are from games I really like.
From ME3, James Vega - just a meathead.
Dragon Age 2, Varric. A wise arse.
DA:Inquisition, Solas. Liar and selfish, while 'wise' and claims to be helpful, just doesn't do that.
Majority of the cast of FF13 (don't like the game though), I'd say all but Fang. Infact I'm fine with Vanille too, aussie accent helps.
Less story/characterisation specific and all from Tekken. The Bears because I don't like fighting them. Lars because he is a crap character and Alisa because she's a robot of a Russia girl who speaks perfect fluent Japanese and not Russian.
EDIT: Wait, that's a lot more than 1.... er... go with Lars.
