What upsets me most about SEGA's downfall is that they will most likely not sell their IPs. They will hold onto every single one of their properties and not a single game will be made out of them. And that is a shame.

Sega really has no great IPs anymore though. Total War is seriously about the only SEGA IP most would consider great in the last 10 years. With that said Total War is amazing.... I do not know if it is actually an SEGA IP though, I know Creative Assembly develops it.

SEGA own Creative Assembly, so yeah they own the Total War IP. They have other great IPs as well though, such as Football Manager, Company of Heroes and Dawn of War.

None of those qualify as a great IP except MAYBE Football Manager, but those are good quality IPs that are worth mentioning. Dawn of War has not had a release in ages, I think Company of Heroes has potential to be a great IP but it is not there yet. Creative Assembly is a great asset for Sega, they own one of the best strategy studios
