Buu can't destroy galaxies. If he could, why did he just destroy the earth when he was angry?
Kirby being weak and slow in his games are game mecanics. I mean, Samus doesn't look like she's running at supersonic speeds with the Speed Booster after all, but the game manual says so, so she is.
