Even my laptop can easily handle those games. It's not an exclusive if it's on another platform.

For example, I don't see anyone claiming Shovel Knight as a timed exclusive for Nintendo.

You think casuals play PC games? Most of the casuals play games like Call of Duty and where do people play CoD the most? Consoles, not on PCs. I'm not sure where you got the idea that casuals play pc games, but that couldn't be more wrong. The games I'm talking about are AAA titles not flash games.
