What's up with the cons?
1- Sex doesn't equal kids. There are things called condoms that are cheap and sold everywhere.
2-Kids make fun of virgins. Kids who had sex are considered cool. Also the sex you had wouldn't become public news at school.
My answer: Sure, if they have proper sex education then I don't see why not. Although I still find sex before 15 disturbing.
