What kind of school did you go to?
Anyway this is why it's important to teach about contraception. Teenagers are gonna do it anyway, and we can hardly blame them, teenagers have been boning for thousands of years. If our species wasn't meant to mate until after 18 years then we'd probably be extinct.
Of course we don't have to procreate so early nowadays, but try telling that to the human body. Teach kids what they need to know when they need to know it and let 'em make their own choices.
