Do I think they should? No. Do I think we should put a stop to it? No.
Not many kids understand the ramifications of their actions. Most kids, at least in first world countries, are stupid and arrogant. I think abstinence should be practiced until you can fully comprehend and respect what you're potentially getting yourself into (baby, venereal diseases, false rape claims, etc.).
