Vita is 39% of 3DS? It seems like VGC is WAY off. 3DS probably felt a lot the impact of the upcoming New 3DS launch and had a terrible month. Anyway, it also means Vita is undertracked in the US, since 3DS wouldn't have a month THAT bad to do only 2.5X what VGC says that Vita did.
