When did racist stop calling blacks that word? As if they don't still use it.I heard it and read it recently.Any way retard is not comparable to a racial and derogatory term.Retard was never derogatory or used to opress people and treat them like they were less than human.many whites don't undertand these things which is why we still have racial issues.
