What is the most difficult level/mission you have ever played?

I unlocked them all except Invincibility & Invisibility. The Facility level to unlock Invincibility if I remember it well was so freakin' hard, you had to get shot in the back in order to have little "boosts" & have the luck of the scientist being in the right part of the level to get the key to unlock the last door... I foamed quite a few times bitting my N64 controller out of rage!!! Memorable times ;P

My friend actually did it, but it was utter madness. Somehow we completed the whole thing... Truly one of the hardest things ever in games.
