Czarism is a synonym for autocratic government in this case.

Monarchism does not necessarily have to be autocratic so it won't be tied with tsarism (notice that tsarism is where monarchy and fascism overlap.)

Because an autocracy and absolute monarchy are the same thing. Not all monarchies are absolutist/autocratic though. I think if the creator of the diagram just change czarism to autocracy it would lessen the confusion.
