I made 8 orders (2 pre-orders) and got 3x pre-owned games (never ordered pre-owned).
It's annoying, but they're sometimes very cheap and they have to replace it with sealed games.
It seems like they do it more often with orders from other countries where the buyer can't simply exchange them in a local store. They hope that the customers are too lazy to ask for replacements. And I oftenly see downvotes of game.co.uk deals on comparison sites because of complaints about used games instead of new ones.
