No corporation will ever buy the entirety of Sony no matter how low they cost or how big that company is. Here is the problem, by purchasing Sony as a whole, they're also taking responsibility for the ENTIRE debt of Sony. And Sony is one of the corporations with the biggest debt in the WORLD. In other words, it would never make business sense to any company even if Sony was given to them for free because their debt is at a point where it's a lot higher then all of their assets combined.
Disney might be interested in buying Sony pictures, but definitely not Sony as a whole.
