While i can respect what they're trying to achieve with this, it's not going to have the real world effect they're hoping for. It only takes a brief glance at their review section to see that the majority of games will get a "Recommended". That rank is just going to end up being treated the same as 7's and 8's currently are. If they really don't want numerical scores, a 2 rank system (Yes/No)) coupled with key point will do a better job than 3.
