Also PS4 probably cant afford a price drop. Considering its higher GPU and Ram units, its a more expensive system to make which will mean the X1 will always have the cheaper price point (Not including Kinect obviously)

You forgot the most important thing; Microsoft can afford to play at price wars and sustain minor losses a lot more than Sony can.

Agreed, people ALWAYS deny this! The US is in the bag if they play it right, and with a bit more effort the UK could be as well. Both these countries see LOTS of brand value through Xbox, and this will in turn help it throughout the mid to later parts of the gen. But its still early on, and anything can change (well except for Wii U becoming number #1, thats not happening no matter what)!
