I would be impressed if they did that while ensuring decent working conditions and salary for all of their subcontracted workers, but they don't, so I'm not impressed.
Ofcourse "nobody gives a shit in the electronics/smartphone business", but well if even the most profitable company can't spare a few millions for that then it's easy to see why companies that operate with razor slim margins don't do so either.
