Nintendo only has themselves to blame. Activision knows knows how to make and market games to the western audience. Nintendo refuses to bring Pokemon to home consoles. Nintendo refuses to make a true successor to SM64. Nintendo refuses to give Zelda voice acting and keep a more realistic look. Many, including myself, love Nintendo's franchises, but Nintendo doesn't see the difference between selling out and modernizing.
