Yes but since the nerf not so much anymore. Even the charge hunters don't seem to run him anymore.
OT: If you have something you really want to craft then do it (althoug i don't recommend crafting (many) commons). If not it doesn't hurt keeping him, since he could be of use later. I don't think we'll see another nerf soon (if at all) so getting full disenchant value seems unlikely.
What would you want to craft with the dust? And what classes/decks do you play?
