Half-Life 3, Portal 3, Left 4 Dead 3, or New IP?

While personally I want Portal 3, just for the insane reactions Half Life 3 is the biggest announcement I can imagine.

My guess is at this rate it will come out late in this life cycle for PC and then be ported to PS5 and Xbox Two a year or so later.
